• Select, develop, modify and/or adapt materials to support diverse learning styles.
• Establish routines and use appropriate behavior management procedures.
• Participate in administration of local and state testing as assigned.
• Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and guide planning.
• Communicate high learning expectations and align learning targets with real-world contexts.
