FanDuel is looking for an experiencedSocial Strategy Manager to scale growth for FanDuel TV's (FDTV) studio based shows across different social platforms. FanDuel TV produces and distributes a wide variety of racing and sports content including 24 / 7 linear channels, studio programming (Up & Adams, Run It Back) and live bet-able sports.
The social strategy manager supports the distribution team bysetting the holistic social media approach for FDTV social handles on our studio slate, including Up & Adams and Run It Back, across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok. This role requires a sharp editorial eye, a deep understanding of the sports audience and their behavior across platforms, and the ability to craft and execute content strategies that deliver measurable growth. The ideal candidate will operate as the informed captain for best practices across each social media platform and take ownership of cohesive social media strategies, while understanding how to best engage individual audience segments.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership and significant contributions to the brand growth of a multi-title sports brand via social channels. This role balances both editorial judgement and firm understanding of analytical analysis across a variety of video channels.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

The applicable salary range for this position is $102,000 - $139,700 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits : medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
