Bully Pulpit International is seeking a seasoned social and content strategist to guide integrated social programs, advancing mission, impact, and reputation. The role blends strategic planning, content creation, executive visibility, and rapid-response expertise with a focus on thought leadership and public policy.

Starting salary range: $77,000 - $85,000 (+ annual bonus). Location: Office-based in NYC, DC, Chi, SF, LA with at least 3 days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategic communications, social media strategy, and content creation.
• Fluency across major platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and others.
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise social management platform (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Brandwatch).
• Working knowledge of social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, or Talkwalker.
• Background in agency or corporate environments; experience with corporate reputation, executive visibility, or public affairs campaigns is highly relevant.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, and analytical skills; ability to balance strategic and creative demands under tight timelines.

Responsabilités

• Translate client and brand objectives into clear social content plans and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Manage ongoing campaigns across major platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Reddit).
• Own social projects from brief to delivery, prioritizing and coordinating internal partners as needed.
• Draft engaging copy, manage content calendars, and deliver proactive/reactive messaging.
• Support visibility tied to events, media coverage, and philanthropic initiatives.
