Job summary

Bully Pulpit International is looking for a public affairs professional to help develop communications strategies for campaigns and client engagements. You will work closely with clients to identify needs, craft messages, and deliver bespoke solutions that advance business objectives.

The role emphasizes written and verbal communication, cross-functional teamwork, and delivering impact across local, national, and global audiences. Offices in DC, NYC, SF, CHI, LA support hybrid collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public affairs, strategic communications or public relations experience.
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills with strong presentation ability.
• Proven project management experience and ability to lead client work.
• Experience working on Capitol Hill or pitching political reporters.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements and assist with day-to-day account activities under guidance of senior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage tasks and ensure client objectives are met.
• Draft and execute communications plans, pitch media, and track coverage for campaigns.
