Job summary

Bully Pulpit International seeks a full-time Media Supervisor to join our Washington DC team. You will be a core contributor, communicating the value and execution of media activation goals while shaping our buying strategy and technical execution.

You’ll analyze programmatic inventory and vendor research to drive market-leading activations for clients. Starting Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 (+ annual bonus).

Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven hands-on experience in programmatic and social media buying.
• Experience across public affairs, strategic communications, advocacy and political campaigns.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage campaigns hands-on across multiple verticals and buying platforms.
• Analyze platform metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and evangelize buying strategy and best practices.
• Collaborate with media planners and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee ad operations and trafficking in Google Campaign Manager.
