Formación

• 3–4 years creating social content for a brand across platforms.
• Agency experience with hospitality, hotel, or luxury lifestyle brands preferred.
• Top-notch writing skills with brand voice.
• Proven ability turning analytics into actionable recommendations.
• Experience producing or directing content with a sharp visual direction.
• Experience leading creator and influencer partnerships from sourcing through reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead social strategy and content creation for a marquee hospitality client.
• Translate brand messages through a social-forward lens for cohesive storytelling.
• Develop brand-specific visual direction and cohesive assets across formats.
• Build and adapt monthly editorial calendars around client priorities.
• Prepare production shot lists and direct on-location content production.
• Organize assets, shape final post copy, and deliver client-ready packages.
• Lead influencer work from identification to reporting to support the editorial calendar.
• Stay current on social trends, benchmarks, and luxury hospitality tactics.
• Collaborate with account services, creative and media to align plans with marketing goals.
