Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in brand and/or social strategy at agencies or digital teams.
• Eloquent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Detail oriented and deadline driven.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt as needs change.

Responsibilities

• Constantly raise the bar for social media services and ensure the product stays current.
• Lead onboarding and strategy sessions with enterprise clients.
• Inform pitch strategy with research and data-driven insights.
• Create monthly and quarterly content briefs guiding social priorities.
• Support reports with strategic shifts based on metrics.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop break-through campaigns.
