Job summary

We Are Social in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Strategist to join our growing strategy team. This client-facing role focuses on solving business problems through collaboration, with briefs and slides fueling the work and a passion for culture and social insights.

You will partner with Insights, Culture Comms and Creative to shape how brands appear in culture, while mentoring junior teammates and translating research into compelling POVs and plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of creative agency experience in a strategic role.
• Deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences.
• Experience partnering with paid media teams.
• Ability to translate research and data into meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Insights, Culture Comms and Creative to define how a brand shows up in culture.
• Work within an inter-agency environment with paid and influencer agencies.
• Adapt current skills to agency-style strategy work.
• Develop creative briefs and comms plans independently, leading quick-turn research.
• Create strategic deliverables such as briefs, comms plans, channel strategies and POVs.
