Job summary

Georgia Pines Community Service Board in South Georgia is seeking a qualified supervisor for a residential program. You will supervise staff, conduct intakes, participate in treatment planning, and provide crisis intervention to individuals and families.

The role reports to the Team Lead and requires a HS diploma or GED, four years in social services with one year in a supervisory capacity, and a valid driver's license.

• Position requires a valid driver's license.

Job Summary:

The selected applicant will have the pleasure of supervising, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff in a residential program. May supervise a broad range of social services proved to individuals. Conducts intakes, participates in treatment planning, and performs crisis intervention. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. May provide supportive counseling to individualsand families and/or serve as a liaison for social services.

Minimum Qualifications:

Position requires a valid driver's license.
