Job summary

Georgia Pines Community Service Board in South Georgia is seeking a licensed nurse to join the Behavioral Health Crisis department. This part-time role supports client health care, assesses health problems, develops nursing care plans, administers care, and maintains medical records.

Georgia Pines Community Service Board is a public, not-for-profit organization with an annual budget of $25M and a diverse workforce of 300 direct-care and support staff. Georgia Pines Behavioral Health Crisis department is currently seeking someone who has the passion, commitment, talent, and ability to work collaboratively with their peers to continue to advance the mission and vision of the organization.

Primary duties include assessing client health problems and needs. Develops and implements nursing care plans and maintains medical records. Administers nursing care. May advise clients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university OR associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university AND current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse AND any related professional work experience.
