Job summary

Georgia Pines Community Service Board in South Georgia is seeking a qualified supervisor for a residential program. You will supervise staff, conduct intakes, participate in treatment planning, and provide crisis intervention to individuals and families.

The role reports to the Team Lead and requires a HS diploma or GED, four years in social services with one year in a supervisory capacity, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and four years' experience in a social service-related position which includes one year in a lead worker, team leader, or supervisory role.
• Position requires a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and/or instruct the work assignments of subordinate staff in a residential program.
• Conduct intakes, participate in treatment planning, and perform crisis intervention.
• Assist in dealing with personal and social problems and provide supportive counseling to individuals and families.
