Job summary

Ideal candidates have customer service experience and are fluent in English and Spanish, with a high school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist social workers and health professionals in rehabilitation, psychology, and social work services.
• Discuss benefits and resources to determine patient needs versus wants.
• Review and submit reports on any patient problems to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with patient rights and Leon Medical Center policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information.
