Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or closely related field required; LMSW eligible/licensed preferred.
• Five years of Social Worker experience; leadership/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, lead, and supervise Social Services department staff duties.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and report CQI data.
• Support department and facility budgets; monitor budgetary compliance and forecast issues.
• Help craft departmental policies and procedures related to patient care and safety.
• Build relationships with interdisciplinary teams within CGMHSA and the community.
• Participate in special projects to support operations.
