The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Social Work with 2–5 years of relevant experience and LMSW licensure; a Master’s in Social Work is preferred. It is a full-time, on-site position in Birmingham, AL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with 2–5 years of experience in social work or related healthcare setting.
• LMSW licensed (Licensed Medical Social Worker).
• Preferred: MSW degree.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop care plans.
