Job summary

Qualifications

• BA in social work or related field (MSW preferred).
• Five years’ experience in social services, including supervisory experience.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint; valid CA driver’s license and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and supervision to the Food Pantry staff and related programs.
• Ensure accurate data is collected and entered in HMIS WellSky and client records are maintained.
• Develop and monitor staff training opportunities.
• Coordinate with area non-profit and social services providers to grow programs.
• Manage grants and contracts; assist in grant writing and reporting.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate record-keeping.
