Job summary

Village Green – Greenville, OH is seeking a compassionate, organized Social Services Director to advocate for residents, support families, and ensure every person feels heard, valued, and at home within our community.

In this leadership role, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop individualized care plans, coordinate care conferences, provide emotional support, and collaborate with nursing, activities, therapy, and dietary teams to protect resident rights and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience in social services, healthcare, long-term care, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and resident rights is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advocate for residents and help ensure their psychosocial needs are met.

• Participate in facility programs, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Village Green is looking for a compassionate, organized, and resident-focused Social Services Director to join our team. This position plays a vital role in advocating for our residents, supporting families, and helping each resident feel heard, valued, and at home.

What You'll Do:
