Arcadia Care in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Social Services Director to oversee the social services department and guide programs that meet residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team for quality care and regulatory compliance.

The role acts as a liaison with residents and families, advocates for residents’ rights, and leads staff to deliver compassionate, compliant services across the facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
