Arcadia Care in Illinois is seeking a Social Services Director to oversee the Social Services department and ensure residents' emotional, social, and psychosocial needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The role emphasizes assessments, care-plan development, coordination with medical staff, and building strong relationships with residents and families to support comprehensive, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Two years of job-related experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Experience with social work, preferably working directly with patients and their family members at a nursing facility.
• Detail oriented, computer literate and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
