The Salvation Army Rochester Corps is seeking a Social Services Coordinator to provide direct support to program participants and recruit and deliver a full range of case management services for Pathway of Hope (POH) participants.
Wage range: $23 to $24.25 per hour, 40 hours a week. Responsibilities include case management, data maintenance, program promotion, and occasional events and food service, with standard business hours and some evening requirements.
The Salvation Army Northern Division Rochester Corps Social Services Coordinator provides direct assistance to program participants. The Coordinator also recruits and provides a full range of case management services to Pathway of Hope (POH) participants. POH is responsible for providing targeted services to participants with a desire to break the cycle of crisis and enable a path out of intergenerational poverty.
