The Salvation Army Minneapolis Central is seeking a Social Services Coordinator to provide direct assistance and comprehensive case management for Pathway of Hope participants. You will recruit eligible individuals and promote services within the community, maintaining accurate records and coordinating education activities.
Role requires prior social services experience, an associate degree (or equivalent), and a valid driver’s license.
The Salvation Army Northern Division Minneapolis Central’s Social Services Coordinator provides direct assistance to program participants. The Coordinator also recruits and provides a full range of case management services to Pathway of Hope (POH) participants. POH is responsible for providing targeted services to participants with a desire to break the cycle of crisis and enable a path out of intergenerational poverty.
$20.14 to $23.50 per hour, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday

May occasionally drive agency vehicle locally to support the mission if MVR check cleared. May be required to use public transportation to support the mission if unable to drive on behalf of The Salvation Army.
