The Salvation Army Hibbing Corps in Hibbing, MN is seeking a Social Services Coordinator to provide direct assistance and POH case management, connecting participants to essential services and community partners. This role includes recruiting POH participants, facilitating education, managing food shelf operations, and participating in events.
Wage: $20-$22 per hour, 40 hours per week. Must meet licensing, background, and driving requirements; associate degree preferred with relevant experience.

In addition to worship services and pastoral care, services include short and long-term case management; food, clothing, utility, rent, and housing support; shelter and housing programs; and connections to community partners.
The Social Services Coordinator provides direct assistance to program participants. The Coordinator also recruits and provides a full range of case management services to Pathway of Hope (POH) participants. POH is responsible for providing targeted services to participants with a desire to break the cycle of crisis and enable a path out of intergenerational poverty.
