Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a Social Service Worker/Secretary I to assist eligible clients with food, lodging, clothing, and financial aid under the Service Center Manager I. The role combines client interviews, eligibility assessments, and accurate record-keeping to ensure compliant service delivery in a busy social services setting.

You will process vouchers, guide clients to community resources, maintain pantry inventories, and interact professionally with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus three years in social/public service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interview clients to determine eligibility for assistance based on program guidelines.
• Prepare and process vouchers for food, clothing, and furniture.
• Direct clients to food pantry or distribution centers and maintain inventory.
