Job summary

  • Ensure adherence to court orders and case plans; perform clerical duties (coordination, documentation, scheduling, payment, reimbursement).
  • Run errands to meet clients’ needs for clothing, food, and personal documents.
  • Assist clients in identifying and obtaining benefits and services.
  • Conduct home checks to ensure compliance with child welfare standards.
  • Act as a point-of-contact for medical and legal professionals related to cases.
