State of Alaska in Wasilla is seeking a Social Services Associate to provide administrative support for the Resource Family and Licensing Specialist team. This on-call, non-permanent position requires professionalism, strong communication, and a commitment to service in a community-focused office.
You will handle filing, data entry, fingerprinting coordination, and customer interactions in person and by telephone.

The Department of Family and Community Services, Office of Children's Services (OCS) is recruiting for on-call non-permanent Social Services Associate located in Wasilla, Alaska.
As a Social Services Associate, you will provide administrative support for the Resource Family and Licensing Specialist team in a professional and friendly environment. You will be completing filing management duties, fingerprinting, data entry, calls to community members, customer service both in person and telephonically and recruitment and retention of Resource Families.

One year of any combination of postsecondary or vocational education and/or experience in assisting clients, customers, the general public, or other staff in the explanation and application of guidelines, policies, or services.
