The Office of Children's Services (OCS) within the State of Alaska is recruiting for an on-call non-permanent Social Services Associate located in Wasilla. The role provides administrative support to the Resource Family and Licensing Specialist team, handling filing, data entry, fingerprinting, and customer service both in person and by phone.
Travel may be required occasionally, and a valid Alaska driver's license is preferred.

As a Social Services Associate, you will provide administrative support for the Resource Family and Licensing Specialist team in a professional and friendly environment. You will be completing filing management duties, fingerprinting, data entry, calls to community members, customer service both in person and telephonically and recruitment and retention of Resource Families.

One year of any combination of postsecondary or vocational education and/or experience in assisting clients, customers, the general public, or other staff in the explanation and application of guidelines, policies, or services.
