Job summary

Fayetteville Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a Social Services Assistant to develop and implement a comprehensive social services program for residents and families. You will provide counseling, address medical-related social needs, and coordinate family meetings to ensure clear communication between residents, families, and the care team.
