Job summary

Empire Care Centers’ Cartersville Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a part-time Social Services Assistant to provide counseling and support to residents and families. You’ll coordinate social services for seniors, advocate for residents’ rights, and assist with discharge planning in a compassionate setting.

The role offers 25 hours per week, day shift hours (Mon-Fri 7am-2pm), with no weekends. Prior long-term care experience is a plus; however, experience coordinating senior social
