Job summary

Bryant Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced Social Services/Admissions professional for a full-time role. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the overall operation of our Facility's Social Services department to meet residents' medical, emotional and social needs.

You will ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local standards and our policies, and work under the direction of the Administrator to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work; Licensed Social Worker preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Social Services in Long Term Care.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge.

Responsibilities

In this position you will assist in the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluation of the overall operation of our Facility's Social Services department. You will ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator. Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Licensed Social Worker preferred
• 2 years of experience in Social Services in Long Term Care
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite Package (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
