Bryant Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced Social Services/Admissions professional for a full-time role. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the overall operation of our Facility's Social Services department to meet residents' medical, emotional and social needs.

You will ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local standards and our policies, and work under the direction of the Administrator to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work; Licensed Social Worker preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Social Services in Long Term Care.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the Social Services department.
• Ensure residents' medically related emotional and social needs are met individually.
• Adhere to federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and facility policies.
