Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking experienced Social Security Disability attorneys to join a fast-growing practice. You’ll advocate for clients through all hearings, manage heavy caseloads, and collaborate with a seasoned support team to achieve favorable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, an active state license, and a drive to help clients secure deserved benefits in a dynamic, nationally growing firm.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.
• Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims.
• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate before Administrative Law Judges.
• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with case managers and support staff to move cases forward.
• Develop legal strategy, prepare evidence, and build compelling cases.
• Help clients navigate one of the most important legal matters of their lives.
