Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Active license to practice law in at least one US state.
• Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload and advocate for clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims.
• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate before Administrative Law Judges.
• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with case managers and support staff to move cases forward efficiently.
• Develop legal strategy, prepare evidence, and build compelling cases for clients.
• Assist clients navigating one of the most important legal matters of their lives.
