Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.
• Experience handling Social Security Disability hearings preferred.
• Existing Social Security Representative ID preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and maintain client service.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of claims.
• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate before Administrative Law Judges.
• Manage a substantial caseload while delivering exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with case managers and staff to move cases efficiently.
• Develop legal strategy, prepare evidence, and build compelling cases for clients.
• Support clients through a pivotal stage in their lives.
