Morgan & Morgan seeks experienced Social Security Disability attorneys to join one of the country’s fastest-growing SSD practices. You will advocate for clients, prepare for hearings, and manage a robust caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, an active bar license, and prior SSD hearing experience. Office-based roles support collaboration and outcomes.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.
• Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Responsibilities

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims.
• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate before Administrative Law Judges.
• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Work with case managers and support staff to move cases forward.
• Develop legal strategy and build compelling cases for clients.
• Help clients navigate one of the most important legal matters of their lives.
