Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in the United States is seeking experienced Social Security Disability attorneys to join one of the fastest-growing practices. You don't need a decade of experience, but you must have drive to advocate for clients whose benefits were denied.

You will manage a high-volume caseload, prepare hearings, and collaborate with case managers and support staff to move cases toward successful outcomes. The position is office-based, emphasizing teamwork and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.
• Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume caseload.
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims.
• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate before Administrative Law Judges.
• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with case managers and support staff to move cases forward efficiently.
• Develop legal strategy, prepare evidence, and build compelling cases for clients.
• Help clients navigate one of the most important legal matters of their lives.
