Represent clients through all stages of their claims. This office-based role offers a robust caseload, a bonus structure tied to results, and opportunities across nationwide offices.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license in at least one US state.
• Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of claims.
• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate before Administrative Law Judges.
• Manage a substantial caseload while delivering excellent client service.
• Collaborate with case managers and support staff to move cases forward efficiently.
• Develop legal strategy, gather evidence, and build compelling cases for clients.
• Navigate one of the most important legal matters in clients' lives.
