Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting organic social media for a company, agency, or mission-driven organization.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to adapt voice for different audiences and channels.
• Hands-on experience with major social platforms and tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
• Ability to collaborate remotely with designers, content partners, subject-matter experts, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education technology, HR technology, or B2B software.
• Experience developing short-form video concepts, repurposing long-form content, or supporting executive social media.
• Familiarity with accessibility, privacy, and brand-review considerations for social content.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise social media calendar across priority channels and multiple business lines.
• Draft platform-appropriate copy and content briefs for executives and short-form content.
• Publish and schedule content, maintain links and tagging, ensure final quality checks.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Content, Demand Generation, and product marketing teams to align campaigns.
• Respond to issues promptly following brand, privacy, and escalation guidelines.
• Track channel performance, extract insights, and suggest adjustments to topics and cadence.
• Stay updated on platform changes and test new approaches aligned with goals.
• Maintain organized content, approvals, and reporting for stakeholders.
