Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in organic social media.
• Strong writing and editing skills with adaptable voice.
• Experience with Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
• Experience in healthcare, education tech, or B2B software.
• Ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with accessibility and privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise social calendar across priority channels and campaigns.
• Draft platform-appropriate copy, briefs, executive posts, and short-form content.
• Publish and schedule content, maintain links and tagging, perform final quality checks.
• Collaborate with Creative and Brand, Content, Demand Gen, and leaders.
• Respond to issues promptly following brand, privacy, and escalation guidelines.
• Track performance, derive insights, and advise on adjustments.
• Maintain organized content, approvals, and reporting records.
