RethinkFirst is seeking a Social Media Specialist to execute organic social programs across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, RethinkEd, and RethinkFirst. You will translate priorities into engaging content, manage day-to-day publishing and community activity, and use insights to strengthen future work.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and organized operator who adapts voice and format by platform, audience, and objective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience supporting organic social media for a company, agency, or mission-driven organization.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with work samples showing voice adaptation across audiences.
• Hands-on experience with major social platforms and scheduling/listening tools.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, content partners, and senior stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Experience in healthcare, education technology, HR tech, or B2B software.
• Experience developing short-form video concepts or repurposing long-form content.
• Familiarity with accessibility, privacy, and brand-review considerations.

Responsibilities

• Draft platform-appropriate copy and content briefs for multiple channels.
• Publish, schedule, and verify links and tagging for posts.
• Collaborate with Creative, Content, Demand Gen, and product marketing across lines.
• Monitor performance and provide insights to adjust topics and formats.
• Stay current on platform changes and best practices.
• Maintain organized content and reporting records for stakeholders.
