A strong writer who thrives in a remote, cross-functional environment will excel. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience, strong writing/editing skills, and familiarity with major platforms and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in organic social media.
• Strong writing and editing; adaptable voice for different audiences.
• Experience with major platforms and scheduling/listening tools.
• Healthcare/education tech or B2B software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise social media calendar across priority channels.
• Draft platform-appropriate copy, briefs, executive posts, and short-form content.
• Publish and schedule content; ensure links and tagging are correct.
• Collaborate with Creative/Brand, Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and leaders.
• Track performance and adjust topics, formats, cadence, and distribution.
• Stay current on platform changes and testing new approaches.
• Maintain organized content, approvals, and reporting records.
