Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting organic social media.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to adapt voice for different audiences and channels.
• Hands-on experience with major social platforms and scheduling/listening tools.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, content partners, subject-matter experts, and senior stakeholders remotely.
• Experience developing short-form video concepts; familiarity with accessibility and brand-review considerations.

Responsibilities

• Draft platform-appropriate copy, briefs, executive posts, and short-form content.
• Publish and schedule content, maintain links and tagging, and perform final quality checks.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and divisional leaders to convert plans into organic content.
• Respond to issues promptly while following brand, privacy, and escalation guidelines.
• Track performance, gather insights, and adjust topics, formats, cadence, and distribution.
• Stay current on platform changes and audience behavior, testing new approaches.
