Hutton Digital is the digital marketing agency division of Hutton Broadcasting, helping local and regional clients, Hutton Broadcasting properties, and Hutton City Sites grow their audiences through compelling, platform-native social media content.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically savvy Social Media Coordinator to help power our social content operation across clients, Hutton Broadcasting, and Hutton City Sites.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media coordination, content creation, or a related role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Video editing experience required (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Comfortable learning and working within internal tools, systems, and platforms.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Comfortable managing a YouTube channel, including publishing and basic channel settings.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts/projects at once.
• Strong communication skills, including cross-team coordination with sales.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the social media team to build and maintain client profiles and calendars.
• Assist with content calendars, scheduling, and client account optimization.
• Own day-to-day management of Hutton Broadcasting’s internal and Hutton City Sites YouTube channels, including publishing and settings.
• Edit and prepare video content for YouTube, thumbnails, and descriptions.
• Write and edit engaging social media copy for multiple clients and brands.
• Edit video content for all major platforms and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Monitor performance and suggest adjustments to improve reach and engagement.
• Stay current on social media trends and platform updates; collaborate with SEO, content, and sales teams.
