You will manage day-to-day conversations with guests, publish content on a calendar, and help the team stay organized, with most work based in the Pacific Northwest and occasional travel for production. You will handle community management, publish across channels, create short-form video and copy, and keep assets organized after shoots.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management for consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience with social publishing and scheduling.
• Strong copywriting with an ear for brand voice.
• Ability to juggle real-time conversations and planned campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in brand voice.
• Flag customer issues and emerging conversations to the right teams.
• Surface insights to inform content and strategy.
• Publish and schedule content across social channels.
• Maintain social content calendar with deadlines and assets.
• Coordinate with social/influencer teams and cross-functional partners.
• Keep assets organized after shoots/launches.
• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video, photo, and copy.
• Stay fluent in trends and formats and share knowledge with the team.
