Job summary

Phusion Projects is seeking a Social Media Manager / Content Developer to lead the day-to-day social presence, identify emerging trends, define the brand's creative angle, and produce, publish, and optimize platform-native content that builds culture. They’ll work closely with the Brand Manager of Digital Strategy to translate trends into high-performing content.

Qualifications

3+ years of social media content creation experience in CPG/beverage or related consumer category.
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
Hands‑on proficiency with content creation/editing tools (Adobe Premiere/Photoshop/Lightroom, CapCut) and social publishing/scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, Email & SMS.
Shoot, edit, and produce content in-house; manage calendar and publishing.
Collaborate with Brand Manager, Digital Strategy to surface trends and define creative angles.
