Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Social Media Marketing Specialist for a 6-month engagement in SeaTac, WA. You will shoot and edit short-form social content with trend-driven speed and premium quality, tailoring each piece for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

Qualifications

Impressive portfolio showing fast-turn trend content and premium work.
Strong shooting fundamentals including composition, lighting, and audio.
Editing fluency in Premiere, CapCut, or similar.
Proven track record of taking loose direction and running with it.
On-set/field production experience.
Occasional travel willingness.

Responsibilities

Shoot and edit short-form video for social with trend-responsive turnaround.
Translate briefs and creative direction into finished content independently.
Adapt style, pacing, and format across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.
Capture content in the Pacific Northwest with possible travel for production.
Stay fluent in social trends and bring insights back to the team.
Manage gear, shot lists, and basic production logistics on set and in the field.
Collaborate with social team, influencer program, and cross-functional partners.
