• Content Strategy & Calendar Management: Take ownership of social content strategy and the master content calendar across all brands, aligning with marketing campaigns and company priorities.
• Content Creation & Production: Write, shoot, and edit social content in-house, including short-form video, photography, graphics, and copy; plan on-location shoots.
• Platform Management & Publishing: Own day-to-day publishing across major platforms and ensure profiles and bios stay current.
• Community Engagement & Interaction: Monitor and respond to comments and messages, build relationships with followers, and elevate service issues when needed.
• Brand Voice & Multi-Brand Coordination: Maintain distinct voice and visual identity for each brand while aligning with overall identity.
• Social Analytics & Performance Reporting: Track metrics and prepare reports to refine future creative direction.
• Paid Social Collaboration: Work with paid campaigns by supplying assets and insights for optimization.
• Employer Branding & Recruiting Content: Produce content highlighting employee experience to support recruiting goals.
• Trend Monitoring & Creative Innovation: Stay updated on platform changes and test new content formats.
• Vendor & Tool Management: Manage scheduling tools and coordinate with freelancers as needed.
