Job summary

One Planet Group in Beverly Hills is seeking a highly organized Social Content Manager to lead social media across its portfolio of brands. You’ll own the process from master content calendar to publishing and reporting, ensuring each brand has a distinct voice and engaging presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years creating and managing social content for brands.
• Strong writing and copywriting across voices.
• Strong visual judgment and design fundamentals.
• Ability to create and edit short-form video.
• Deep understanding of major social platforms.
• Exceptional organization managing multiple brands.
• Experience working with senior executives.
• Experience using modern creative, social, PM, and AI tools.
• Self-starter who owns tasks and meets deadlines.
• Ability to move quickly while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the master social media and content calendar across One Planet Group and its brands.
• Meet with executives and brand teams to align priorities and campaigns.
• Lead weekly content and strategy meetings with CEO, CMO, Creative Director, and other stakeholders.
• Translate priorities into content plans, briefs, calendars, and production workflows.
• Develop social-first ideas and create content including copy, graphics, short-form video.
• Adapt content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube.
• Manage approvals, revisions, deadlines, and publishing cadence.
• Coordinate with designers, marketers, executives, and external resources.
• Track performance and optimize content.
• Prepare monthly social reporting with results and insights.
• Coordinate inputs for Monthly Marketing Report.
• Stay current on platform trends and opportunities.
