Job description

Are you a creative powerhouse who knows what actually works on social media? Do you have the skills to turn simple ideas into scroll-stopping videos and images? If you live at the intersection of content creation and strategy, we want to talk to you.

We're a fast-growing marketing agency that runs Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ad campaigns for law firms across the U.S. We’re looking for a Creative & Social Media Content Specialist to help our lawyer clients produce better video and image content for paid social campaigns.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead creative strategy sessions with clients (mainly lawyers) to plan social media content.
  • Develop content ideas based on what’s trending and performing on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Write simple video scripts and guide clients on how to film effective content.
  • Edit raw video footage into engaging short-form ads (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.).
  • Create and edit ad images using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and translate organic content styles into paid ad creatives.
  • Manage a pipeline of content projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Proven experience creating social-first content (portfolio required).
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Graphic design abilities (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
  • A strategic mind — you understand why certain content works, not just how to make it.
  • Comfortable leading client calls, presenting ideas, and collaborating with non-creatives.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self-starter attitude — you don’t wait around for direction.
  • Experience working with professional service industries (lawyers, doctors, etc.) is a plus.
The Details:
  • Position: Part-Time Contractor (with potential to grow into Full-Time)
  • Location: Remote (Must have availability during U.S. business hours for client calls)
  • Industry: Legal Marketing (No law experience required, but helpful)
  • Compensation: Based on experience and portfolio
