Our client is a small, passionate team of four in a mission-driven startup currently fundraising and ready to grow their digital footprint.

A fast-growing, circular kids’ clothing brand is looking for a Social Media Strategist and content creator to take its Instagram presence to the next level.

They are looking for someone who can bring a performance mindset to their social content—crafting thoughtful strategies and executing creative, data-driven posts weekly.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Instagram content strategy (3 posts/week)

Create and post engaging Reels, Stories, Carousels, and Polls

Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content

Collaborate across a remote team in the U.S. and Europe

Edit basic video content for social media use

Required Skills:

Experience managing Instagram strategy and content creation

Comfortable using insights/data to guide decisions

Solid video editing skills (e.g. for Reels or Story clips)

Self-starter attitude with excellent communication skills

Preferred / Nice to have skills:

Passion for or experience in kids’ fashion or sustainability is a big plus
