As the driving force behind our online identity, you will collaborate closely with our product and growth teams to craft and narrate our brand story. We are on a mission to create a general AI agent that empowers individuals to accomplish diverse tasks. Within just three months of launching, we've attracted hundreds of thousands of followers and millions of users, all achieved organically without any marketing spend. Now, we’re ready to enhance our storytelling capabilities—and that's where you come in! Your Role : As our Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping and managing our brand's presence across platforms such as X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Your key responsibilities will include : Strategy Development :
Formulate in-depth social media strategies that align with our business objectives and brand ethos. Stay ahead of viral trends while ensuring our voice remains distinctive. Content Creation & Curation :
Demonstrate a keen understanding of content performance across platforms, transforming complex concepts into engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Community Management :
Foster genuine community engagement by cultivating relationships with our audience, encouraging conversations, and converting followers into brand advocates. Data Analysis & Optimization :
Analyze performance metrics across platforms to recognize trends, fine-tune our strategies, and translate insights into actionable improvements. What We Are Looking For : You should be bilingual in English and Chinese and possess over three years of experience managing social media accounts that drive engagement. Personal branding experience is a plus! Proficiency in at least one area—writing, imagery design, or video production—is essential, along with a strong awareness of the other two. Your copy should command attention, be visually appealing, and keep viewers engaged. You will bring a blend of branding and growth perspective, adept at weaving brand narratives that resonate and convert effectively. Your content should serve both immediate results and long-term vision. While we don’t expect you to master every platform or hold a massive follower count, we’re keen to find someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable taking on various roles as digital landscapes shift. Above all, your focus on genuine engagement and enthusiasm for enhancing brand presence amid the noise of the digital space are what set you apart. You are self-driven, resilient in the face of challenges, and consistently ready to generate fresh ideas for ongoing campaigns.
