Job summary

Glovo ищет специалиста по управлению соцсетями и контентом для ведения страниц на LinkedIn, Instagram и TikTok, сбора KPI и подготовки отчетов. Роль требует ориентированности на данные, умения работать в команде и сниматься в видео.

Qualifications

• 3 года опыта в управлении соцсетями, создании контента, управлении сообществом или цифровым маркетингом.
• Практический опыт работы с LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok и инструментами аналитики соцсетей.
• Сильное понимание трендов соцсетей, форматов контента и стратегий вовлеченности аудитории.
• Удобство в производстве контента, управлении сообществом и отчетностью.
• Высокая организация и коммуникационные навыки; креативное мышление.

Responsibilities

• Job Ref ID: JR0088923 THE JOURNEY Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, proactively engaging followers, employees, partners, and creators
• Handle community challenges and negative comments in close collaboration with the PR and Communications teams
• Support the design and content teams in brainstorming, producing, and publishing social content, including on-camera and behind-the-scenes production days
• Collect and organize KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and suggest optimizations based on engagement, reach, and trend insights
• Assist in monitoring paid social campaigns and ad performance, flagging optimization opportunities aligned with organic content
• Attend shoots to support creative direction and capture social-first content
• Actively participate in creative meetings and campaign planning, collaborating with design, brand, communications, and regional teams to maintain a coherent narrative
• Is a sprout pro and knows how to extract the best from the platform.

• 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, community management, or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and social media analytics tools
• Strong understanding of social trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies
• Comfortable with content production, community management (including handling crises), and reporting
• Highly organized with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; a creative thinker able to suggest new ideas and approaches
• Data-driven mindset, curious to test, learn, and optimize campaigns; willing and comfortable appearing on camera for social media videos and internal content
